Cost & Deposit
Consultation Rate: $25 that goes towards the total cost of your tattoo if choosing to move forward
Hourly Rate: $200/hour (cash or card accepted)
Minimum Booking: 1 hour ($200)
Deposit: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment on my scheduling platform; deposits are deducted from the total cost of your tattoo. As your artist I spend time drawing and designing for your appointment and in the case that you no-show or cancel, the deposit compensates for my time and effort spent preparing.
The total cost of your tattoo will vary and is challenging to estimate with the exact price will be. Please let me know if you have a budget. Your time starts once we begin your tattoo. Length of time depends on many factors, some techniques can be more time-consuming than others as well as certain locations on your body, etc.
Appointment Times and rescheduling
Most tattoo appointments start at 10:00 am. Vibrant color is open Thursday through Sunday for booking. Once a booking form is filled out online, I will reach out by email (make sure to check your spam folder!) from Leslie@vibrantcolor.ink. A link for scheduling on my Acuity calendar will be provided, and a deposit is required. Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
Response Time
Once you have submitted a booking form, my goal is to respond within 3 business days.
Please be patient with replies — especially during busy seasons (e.g., PFDs in October). I receive a high volume of inquiries, and my life is a balance with being a sole business owner and prioritizing my family. I appreciate your understanding! If you have not heard back after a week, please reach out by email at Leslie@vibrantcolor.ink!
Tattoo Design timing and Process
Designs are discussed the day of your appointment, and I will have it ready when you arrive. If your piece requires multiple sessions or you’re traveling from out of town, I’ll send the design in advance on a case-by-case basis. While I know my clients are very excited about their designs, I appreciate their understanding of my process and not requesting to see it before the day appointment. There is built-in time for modifications the day of your appointment if adjustments need to be made. I want you to feel completely comfortable making changes to the placement, design, and size of your tattoo before you get it!
How Bookings Are Chosen
Ongoing projects take scheduling priority — I provide my clients with tattoos that are finished beautifully and efficiently. Otherwise, I book on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing projects that creatively inspire me. There are types of work that I do and don’t do as noted above; I am happy to provide recommendations for an artist more aligned with the style if I don’t feel I am the best artist for you.
Flash & Custom Designs
At this time, I mostly do custom design work based on client ideas; I occasionally post original designs available for tattooing on social media platforms of Facebook and Instagram. You can also browse my Portfolio for examples of past work and inspiration. I do not have sales during holidays or do “flash” designs such as for Friday the 13th.
Inclusivity
Vibrant Color is a safe, welcoming space for clients of all body sizes and shapes, racial and ethnic backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I honor each person’s individuality and strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, celebrated, and empowered through art.
